Resolution to Sell Medoc, Missouri Church
and Property Approved. From the South
Central States Mission Center Presidency and
Financial Officer:

WHEREAS, The Medoc congregation has been
closed and disorganized; and 

WHEREAS, there are no present or future plans
to reestablish an opening or congregation in the
Medoc area; therefore be it

RESOLVED, that this South Central States
Mission conference support the selling of this
property; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the South Central States
Mission Center Presidency and Financial Officer,
in consultation with real-estate expertise, be given
authority to negotiate the price and conditions of
the sale of said property; and be it further 

RESOLVED, that the net proceeds from the sale
of said property be invested on behalf of the
South Central States Mission Center in the World
Church Pool Fund.

Adjourned until Saturday, September 24,
2005, or at the call of the Mission Center
Presidency.
