| Email your photos as attachments. Please do not forward an email with photos as the photos may not open. Photos of people doing things and not looking at the camera are more interesting than photos of still objects or of scenery. Send photos in JPEG (also written as JPG) or GIF format only. Some photos may be of such reduced quality as to be unusable. Photos may be edited for clarity and to fit the space available. In the body of your email message identify the who, what, where, when and why of the photos. Example: These are photos of the cluster Valentine's Day party at Springfield Chapel for Peace on February 14. Guests were from the Humansville, Lebanon, Springfield Central, Chapel for Peace and Branson congregations. Use a separate line for each photo to identify the photo by number and the subjects by name. The camera automatically assigns numbers in sequence and the last two digits should be fine. List the names of persons from left to right as you are looking at the photo. Example: Photo #01 Rhonda Dollens, Diana Ytell, Richard Ytell. If there is more than one row list names in Row 1, Row 2, and so forth from front to back. It may not be practical to list everyone's name in photos of large groups. Double check the spelling of names. Email your photos to Charles Davenport at the Mission Center office. Be sure to include your name and the name of your congregation. When you see inaccurate information regarding a photo or any other information on our Website please contact Charles Davenport. Thank you. |
